The city Blithe Hollow, Norman Babcock is a boy who speaks with dead people, but no one other than the eccentric new friend, Neil believes that PPB pes true. One day, Norman's estranged eccentric uncle tells him of an important annual ritual which must take to protect the town from a curse cast by a witch ny condemned centuries ago. Finally decides to cooperate with Norman, but things do not go together, as and when the scheme. Now, the magic witch storm threatens Blithe Hollow as the bloody dead woman. Together with unexpected new companions, Norman struggles to save the city, only to discover the awful truth about the curse. With this insight, Norman need to solve the crisis forever, as only he can.
